With this acquisition, EEG Group takes another step in its strategy to strengthen its presence in Brussels and Wallonia and to continue growing as Belgium\u2019s leading multi-technical partner. Throughout this year, EEG Group is investing time in gaining a deeper understanding of Ventair\u2019s operations and values to ensure a smooth integration into OneEEG.   <\/strong> <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ventair strengthens EEG Group<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Current Managing Director Sylvain Kapusi founded Ventair in 1998 and developed the company into a recognised HVAC and sanitary installations specialist with a strong reputation in Walloon Brabant and Brussels. Today, the company employs 43 people and serves clients across a variety of sectors, including healthcare, residential, commercial, and public projects.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Ventair is a perfect match for EEG,&#8221; says CEO Didier Vanden Broucke. &#8220;The values Ventair stands for \u2013 team spirit, craftsmanship, and a strong people-oriented culture \u2013 align perfectly with our own values.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With the integration of Ventair, EEG Group reinforces several of its strategic pillars:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Strong regional presence: Ventair and EEG Namur are strengthening their position in the Walloon and Brussels markets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attracting local technicians: With a new base in Nivelles, EEG Group becomes a more attractive employer while reducing travel distances for its teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Additional HVAC expertise: Ventair brings an experienced team with extensive technical knowledge, further strengthening EEG Namur.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A step-by-step integration<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">EEG Group is approaching the integration of Ventair in a phased and thoughtful manner.
